he should get a 6.3/10 at the very least

He's a pretty useful Pokemon, I must admit. He can learn strong Steel attacks yet have the stat benefits of a Fighting Type. Plus he can breed with nearly half of all Pokemon in the game.
All in all, a good Pokemon to have.
