If you have people that have already posted comments to your project and you lock commenting and tagging, people can reply to the comments and will be able to comment on the program. This will annoy the person who made the comment before you locked it. I locked my alvin and the chipmunks project after making a comment. Logged into the account I use for my OS project and made a comment. I could when I replied to the comment. Please help.
