Why does my project work in my house but not here

Is it my project or what? The background of my Avatar program is suppose to twitch and when the ghost is near the background face, the background face is supposed to blow up like it is eating and then blow out the new person. The background picture is mine. I tried using the code in two different way for the background one for Avatar and one for Not22scratchcinta downloaded on the same day. These programs work fine in my house but not here. This is my third day using Scratch

try asking somebody if you can try it on their account the image may be set to private:)
