Can't change my time zone

I live in England therefore need the GMT time and it's currently on -05 EST. Whenever I change it and submit the changes it goes back to -05 EST. Help me!

Well my guess is that the Scratch Team made it that way since time zones don't work in the first place, so they made -05 EST a global "Scratch Time"

I hope that this helps!

Oh, that's been a long time glitch that is super hard to fix. The forum time is always gonna be stuck on the timezone that MIT is located (affectionately called Scratch Time here on the website)

It might get fixed when Scratch 2.0 comes out, though.

Re: Can't change my time zone

If you must figure out the time, just add and subtract hours accordingly.
