How to convert a Scratch's file to .flv or any other clip type?

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie and I really don't know how to do that. So we can only share our clip with people who have Scratch???

If you upload your projects scratch isn't needed to view it.

There currently is no way to export it to .flv files, but there are some ways to export it to .jar, .exe, and .app.
