How do I become a good scratcher? Even when I try my best on projects, they always turn out bad. Are there any videos or tutorials for advanced scratching?

Most really good scratchers have experience with other programming languages and there aren't really a lot of resources available for people who want to learn about the more technical aspects of scratch.
I am actually making a website that explains how to program some of the more popular games on the site starting with a tutorial on how to program zelda123's mario game. The tutorial will take you through the process step by step so you just need to follow the instructions.

Well, I have experience with HTML, javascript, CSS, php, and Alice, but I don't get how that will help me in scratch.

Web languages like HTML probally won't help you that much because scratch is about application programming. If you were good in alice you could use what you know from it in scratch.
