Two Quick Questions about Scratch 2.0

I was wondering lately, and thought of these questions:

1). Once Scratch 2.0 becomes an open beta, will we be able to save/open projects in the editor, or will this feature be disabled for awhile?

2). I remember hearing/seeing some stuff on this, but to make sure, once Scratch 2.0 becomes a beta, will you be able to access other parts of the Scratch 2.0 website or not?

1. Most likely yes...
2. Maybe. If so, the features would still be in progress.
