Scratchblocks in binary translation

when gf clicked forever
  go to x:<x>y:<y>
end
in binary is:

I don't see how this fits in requests, can you explain it to me. are you offering a service to others to change what they say into binary or what?

If you are not offering a service, or are requesting something, I suggest you ove this, I am not sure where it fits...
