Please Help!!!!! My Head Is Spinning With Confusion!!!!!

Sorry for the all caps title but this really needs to be noticed.

The bug is in this project. Read the project notes and follow the instruction for the bug.

As far as I know this has never happened in Scratch history.

PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!!!

I've never seen this either.

And it doesn't allow all caps.

Well that's strange... I get signed out if I click that link, but if I close that tab and open a new one I'm actually signed in.
