Project comments and regular comments
Can you change some setting to make it that all extra spaces and line spaces aren't condensed in comments? This gets really annoying when you have multiple paragraphs jumbled up.
Project comments will also do this unless you edit it a second time.

Well, it entails a bit more than just "changing a setting", but I can't imagine it taking any more than adding a little newline parsing in the comment HTML filterer and maybe removing the code that trims excess whitespace.
If the new site were in PHP, I would have made a patch faster than I wrote this post, most likely.
