I've made a video of my brother and me free running. Please check it out and tell me what you think. http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=Ud0AJbYwefA

How many tries does it take before you know something is doable?

Most of the time, we're able to do things on the first go, since we don't often try things we don't already know we can do.

I can do all those things! Cinch.
At least when I'm on the trampoline.

I love that!
I would probably learn some more advanced stuff than jumping from platform to smaller platform and doing corkscrews, but my mom forbids me from doing that anymore.

That is awesome! A message to all!: You should not try this at home. Doing so could result in serious injury, or DEATH.

MESSAGE TO ALL:
Eating could result in choking, which results in serious injury or DEATH. Eating may cause injury or DEATH. Do not eat at home.
(Sorry. I just saw that and I had to say this. )

How many injuries?
Thank you.
As far as I can't remember, there weren't any injuries during the making of this video. We do hurt ourselves occasionally, but it's actually surprisingly rare. I once did a handspring over that concrete wall along the beach (the one in the video), but I did it from too high up, so I overspan and landed flat on the stones. I didn't get hurt too much, though.

You have a point - this sort of activity could result in injury. But so can many sporting activities. That doesn't mean that you should avoid all sport (life without some risk is pretty dull). Rather, you should train progressively with good instructors so that your risk is minimized. Protective equipment would probably be a good idea too - as well as discussing it with your parents (if you are a minor).
My own sport of choice is sea kayaking. There is some risk involved - people get injuried and some sea kayakers die. But I still find it worthwhile - and I work to minimize the risk by training, protective gear, and developing good judgement. I'm sure it's much the same with free running

No, I want to subscribe twice because I hate you THAT much. I thought the video was horrible, and I subscribe to people whose videos are horrible.
Really, what else would it mean?
