Wait, do you want to draw a picture giving values to these equations (if so, you must define these values), or need a picture of the equation itself?

If you are talking about Fermat's Spiral. You can this out:

It looks very similar to Fermat's Spiral if it is not, check the script out see what needs tweaking. If you want it bigger there is a size variable you can change I set it to 2 looked best at that size since it gets big very fast.
