Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, Mass Info Topic

As some Pokemon fans may have heard, October 2013 marks the due date for two amazing new games, Pokemon X version and Pokemon Y version. With a whole new collection of Pokemon, new gameplay and graphics, and new characters these games promise to be as amazing as the announcement is.
Three new starters and two legendary Pokemon have already been released, the starters being the only ones with names.
Updates are welcome from any scratcher because if you're like me then you must be REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY excited.

I'm getting Fennekin.

X and Y are two axes of 3D. The next will most likely be Z because that's the last axis.

They are also chromosones, which people were pointing out in the comments.

I've seen more people say the axes. I have been hearing the chromosomes thing though. Anyways, if they're going to make a third game(Because the black and white sequels were not too good.), they're going to need a new name. There are only two of those chromosomes, while there are three axes for 3D. Just my opinion.

The legenderies look awesome.
Which do you guys like better? The dragon thing or the stag?
I think I like the stag better.

Dragon one. I'm gonna get Y because of it.

Um... They don't really look anything like Ponyta or Polywhirl but Chespin (grass type) has Oshawott's face

Re: Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, Mass Info Topic

UPDATE! THE NAMES OF THE TWO LEGENDARIES HAVE BEEN RELEASED: The dragon thing shaped like a Y (based off a wyvern) has been dubbed Yveital
The stag (based off a chital) has been named Xerneas

But trust me, the pronounciations (coming soon) are much easier than they seem. And what do you know, not only is Yveltal shaped like a Y but his name starts with a Y so I think we know who the legendary mascots are.
Now, which version do you choose?

They did? The story in my opinion was not too good. I saw another person say that too. I didn't know there were people saying they got better reviews.

X and Y also have to do with chromosomes. I think it's most likely having to do with that, because the Japanese Logo has DNA-like symbols on them.

I don't really, because they would need to be in pairs. And since this is x and y, the two games would be male? But, you could be right.

Calico?
EDIT: Oh. Mmk. I meant I just don't think it would make sense putting two titles together to make a new one.

Re: Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, Mass Info Topic

If Nintendo makes Pokemon XX and Pokemon XY I'm not sure what I'd do.

What if the evil team in this pair of games will be called "Team Chromosome" or "Team Chromatid" or "Team Nucleic" because deoxyribonucleic acid? I don't know.

Hnnng Froakie is really growing on me he's adorable. Chespin is the next Oshawott and Fennekin is the next Snivy as far as fan reactions to em. Remember "Smugleaf"? Ah, seems like yesterday.

Ok.

You could also too, It's just a theory.
If it is about coordinates and stuff, I'd like to see a Pokemon Z  tongue

I want to save up my money for pre-orders. I want to get Y version because I like the legendary better than X version. Out of the starters, I will go with Froakie.
