Hello everybody! I am new to scratch. I don't really know the rules and stuff, so could someone post them. Soon I will be posting projects(probably really bad cause so far I am not good with scratch).

Rather than tutorials, I generally suggest:
1) decide what you want to do
1a) If its complicated, break it down into smaller parts
2) Try to do it, and if you get stuck ask.
And no project you post is bad IF you learned something whilst making it. A "bad" project that you made yourself is infinately better than a great project that you copied and don;t really understand the scripts of.
