I read an interview these people had with a nintendo official, he was kind of acting... weird... when they asked if the games would appear on Wii U. Not weird weird, but he said he couldn't give out "the specifics", and that they have always "prioritized" bringing the games to portable systems. "FIRST".

Maybe I'm overanalyzing. I was just gearing up to buy a Wii U, and now I'm torn between that or a 3DS. I would certainly hope, although unlikely, that Gen VI marks a console debut!

I really do not like Chespin though.

EDIT: I mean it really comes down to final evolutions, but another reason is because I rarely pick the water starter.

Dunno if I'll get it though, maybe later on eBay if I can find some really good deals.

Surprisingly I found one for $13 (just the console, mint condition, with charger). Really can't pass that up.
