It is his/her shop, if she/he doesn't want to make your signature she/he doesn't have to.
You have absolutely no right to tell her/him to close her/his shop.
You WERE being really rude. "After that make my signature" thats telling him/her what to do. If you aren't going to be nice then don't say anything on this topic.
