I Didn't Save
I recently got the "disappearing text" glitch. I tried solving it after reading one of the forums about this glitch. But the Scratch app seemed frozen 
I couldn't press the red x button-so I couldn't get out. The one time I was able to get into my files to save was the time the text in my files went out too.
I finally was able to get out of Scratch, with the help of my amazing father. But I realized that even though I got SO much progress in the project, it was a new project. I hadn't saved AT ALL. So not half, not a fraction, ALL my progress was gone. :_(
This isn't gonna help ANYONE.

It's your fault for not saving... And there's really no point in posting this if you already know the cause of it. 
However, Scratch 2.0 will not have the DTB and will have auto-saving.
