This one is hard to explain. So, there's this kid at school who always describes things as "neat". One day, we had to do a skit in English class about a story we read. So he and someone else did a skit and at the end he said:
"That's not neat. That's not neat at all."
So now whenever he's in the room and something bad happens, we say:
"That's not neat. That's not neat at all."
