There's So Much For New Scratchers Now
I didn't know about any of it until about 3 minutes ago when I got a test account. Is it a bit too much? I think it is too much information for people to absorb all at once. What are your thoughts?

What do you mean? Do you think more things should be restricted for "Scratchers"? I'm probably misunderstanding what you're asking since I only have one account. Are there more forms to fill out to get your account?

When you join there's all sorts of fancy tutorials and stuff
