Effects of No Effects? That is the question...

please look at this project. do you like the effects kind of stuff when the pokemon attacks? please tell me here. I am not sure if i should keep them or not, so i'll keep a record of what everyone says.

Sorry, internet explorer is being really mean to me today, it crashes almost every time I try viewing a project. Of course, that's not unusual for a computer of this age and RAM.
