I suggest that the view count for projects be changed to prevent cheating to get to the front page.

Currently, the viewing system is like this:
Same User & Same IP for 2 views
Only gets 1 view.
Same User & Different IP for 2 views
Gets 2 views.
Different User & Same IP for 2 views
Only gets 1 view.
Different User & Different IP for 2 views
Gets 2 views.

Also, make it so that the project authors do not increase the view count.
