Scratch 3d and modded scratch projects can come from a different site. I was thinking that this site can support modded scratch and scratch 3d.
This post is also for scratch 3d
Scratch 3d can have pre made model bases with model editor to adjust the model's colors. Then a set of blocks for scratch 3d. Then a sprite cloner, and grid randomizer. Just enough features to make anything from a stradegy conquest game (like age of empires I) to A sandbox game (like Minecraft) To a 3d movie. You should be able to make a menu
In the website
-There could be a developers site for versions of and/or new scratch like programs.
-It could work like a normal scratch website that has new features.
its only an idea
though it would make scratch projects just roll right in.

It's been turned down before, it will be turned down again. Pre-making model bases ruins programming.

It would be easier for scratchers than using the current scartch to make 3d projects. Oh and i tried the upload a 3d model suggestion from the scratch wiki, and it didn't work, not when i tried it. Making 3d scratch projects with the current scratch is a pain in the butt that you can feel all the way to your head (for me that is, might be for many other scratchers).
Oh, i downloaded a modded scratch program called blook 1.2, and it has Scratch 2.0 features in it like clone a sprite, or draw new costume. I was thinking of a blook project called CBOX Life Simulation Game (LSG). It will be like sims, but on a much more appropriate scale. I can't upload it with this program having a mod. See why i am suggesting, now?

Here's what you're probably looking for: http://modshare.org

STARLOGO I heard of. Don't know how good it is, but MIT did it.

Starlogo TNG isn't a Scratch mod, but it's based in it and it was created by the same MIT group that created Scratch. Alice is another alternative.
There's ModShare to share Scratch modifications, but I haven't checked that out.
