"Project may be too big"

I keep trying to upload a photoshoot, but it says it's too big to upload.

However, recently I posted a project with even MORE pictures, and it sent just fine!

Any help?

Tick the Compress Pictures and Sounds Box?
And it isn't just the number of them but the dimensions and the file size counts as well

just like he said its file size and not the amount of files ex: you have 5 small boxs or 2 large boxs, witch takes more space
