2 problems
1: whenever i make a gallery and it goes to it, Internet Explorer crashes. I go to it again, it crashes.
2: whenever i try to add my project(s) to a gallery or add another persons project to one of my gallerys, the checkboxes don't check.

3: what are the files i can use for my profile?

1. I haven't had the crashing problem. What version of IE are you using?
2. I have had trouble with the checkboxes...sometimes it takes a long time for the checkbox to acknowledge my mouse click. I'm talking 20 seconds or so.
3. File types: I usually use PNG but other types will work as well. If it looks like the profile picture has not changed, try clearing your browser cache to make sure you are looking at the latest file.

Looking at this post, it would seem that the Scratch Team recommends using IE 7 or Firefox
