I was wondering if you can put a scratch project on a disk so when the disk is inserted in a computer it plays the project, without even having Scratch. Would this be possible with 2.0? I think it would be cool.

You can do that, using Scratch2Exe. I don't have a link, but it's around these forums somewhere.
You can also use toJAR (if you want to run it on platforms besides Windows), but it doesn't work perfectly (it simply uses the Java player).

I'm having some concerns about scratch 2.0, i do not think scratch2exe will work for 2.0 because they allow saving to the cloud storage. Which will be almost impossible for the developers.
