What is The Collaboration Recruiter Project?

Well, what happens is you fill out a small application, if you would like to join a collab, and you will be put up on the list of people who are looking for a collab, filtered, of course.

The recruiters do not have to fill out anything, apart from watching this list.

The recruits do not have to fill out endless forms, they do not have to filter the endless collaborations to their specifications, and they do not have to watch several threads about replies.

The recruiters do not have to live with the risk of their recruitment thread being ignored amongst the other endless collaborations' recruitment threads.
