scratch should have url blocks

when gf clicked
think [websites in your projects] for (3) secs

I think this got rejected already.

Don't support, it could send people to bad websites with viruses and/or inapropriate content.

If you want these, they're available in plenty of mods (e.g. Insanity, Bingo, Panther).
