Scratch

I've decided today that I'll continue working on my game, burger cat, and tidy things up and further its completion, but I've run into a problem. There is a collectible mouse that gives you 100 points, but on the first level, it's so high up that it is impossible to obtain. This problem only happens online though. When downloaded, the mouse assumes the correct x and y positioning. Could someone please help me solve this? I don't know if it's a side effect of the flash player updates, or faulty coding on my part. Here is a link to the game:
