Hi! I can make you text effects, and simple animations.

Rules:
If you want a specific character, then you must provide an image for me to use.
I can't draw humans, unless they are stickfigures
No blood or gore
I can't draw custom animals. If it is an established mythical species, like a Phoenix, then I might be able to draw it. I will tell you if I can't.
No complex animations.
No ponies.
All rules of scratch apply.
My drawing skills are limited, so don't expect too much

I want a sig with a rippling American flag (non animated) doesn't have to be custom. And for text I want GenChico towards the top. And below it in smaller font: " the scratch General"

Could you fix the animation in my signature? Derpy's arms don't move back after moving them out. Also the walking animation is a bit stiff.
