Hi, there! Do you mean how to dowload Scratch itself? If not, what you do is go to the right of the project, click on the name of the project under "Download th X sprites and X scripts of ____", and save (or save as). That answer your question?

You also have to be logged in to Scratch in order to download projects - and you need to have Scratch installed on your computer or it isn't going to do you much good to download the project.
