Be able to delete closed topics

If your the topics maker when you delete you first post it deletes the whole topic. You can't delete it after to request to close topic.
I wish you can.

Closed=Closed you can report it to be reopened or report it to be deleted.

i know that on non-closed topics, you can delete the topic by removing the first post...
