1. I think it's one of Gobo's friends or something.
2. If you are unsure where to put it, it's best not to try and forcefit it anywhere.

I was wondering the same thing. For now i call it Blue guy.

I remember it's a new mascot for 2.0. I'll do a it of digging around and see if I can find the names.

Most shops seem to go in Requests, so a shop directory would probably best fit there as well, as jji7skyline has pointed out earlier. I think someone attempted to do something like that a while back, not sure what happened to it.

What happened to it is that the scratcher creating it decided to wait for Scratch 2.0, and (s)he has allowed me to use their idea for Scratch 1.4.
