The Nexus 10 and the Nexus 4 are being relesesd November 13th.
The Nexus 4 only costs $299 unlocked without contract, and the Nexus 10 will have the highest resolution tablet display and only costs $399.
Android 4.2 will be released with them.
The Nexus 7 will get HSPA+

Nexus 10: It's good. It's the best android tablet I've seen so far, but that's where the problem starts. It runs android. Android isn't optimised well for specific devices, especially for such a high resolution one. This means that third-party app icons aren't going to be as clear, and app interfaces can be buggy.
Unlike this, the iPad has apps specifically optimised for the retina display. This makes it more versatile and capable. After all, any hardware is only as powerful as the software it can run.
I like the Nexus 4. It's cheap, but runs vanilla android. Vanilla android is so much better than Sense or Touchwiz or Kindle Fire custom Android skins and versions.
It also runs 4.2. Oh so good. But as I said, android devices don't have as many, or as good apps as iOS, and this limits it's versatility. I hope this changes in the future.

Google needs to focus on getting third party devs to start spending actual time making apps specifically designed for it, or they're doomed. I talked to a Android and iOS dev at a event this summer and we talked about the benefits and drawbacks of Android and iOS. He said that its almost not worth developing for Android when there are a million screen sizes.

Wait, the Nexus 7 is $199 and the Nexus 4 is $299?
100 dollars more for a smaller item.
Ontopic: I might get a nexus 7 for christmas

I agree. Unless you own a very mainstream Android device like the S3 or similar, it's hard to get many apps to work very well at all.
