Bukkit Breathe Underwater Plugin?

Anybody know of, or be willing to make a plugin that allows users to stay underwater without drowning for a specified amount of time?

Just change the pumpkin to a penguin head

Using a bucket creates a temporary air pocket, which you can use to refresh your oxygen supply.

Single Player Commands allows you to enchant objects, so you could make a Respiration VX helmet.

you mean XV? Cause in Roman Numerals, VX = 10-5 = 5 = V  tongue
