This isn't the best test, I only got 135 because my pages load slowly. 
I got 170 on another one.

I have done this test many times but the last time was about a year ago when I also got 192.

this test is not a full iq test
it's age adjusted
it probably wouldn't be accurate anyway

yes duh
but technically, however unlikely, you could have a higher iq then stephen hawking
einstein is estimated to have an around average iq
also it only takes an iq of 135 to join mensa
cause a bird and a fish could fall in love/but where would they live?

It said i got 132... i think i should try when i'm more alert...
I believe it's more of a short IQ evaluation test, not an actual IQ test. I remember taking an IQ eval test, and it took several hours; way more than 20 questions.

I got 164.
I don't think it's fair to say it's accurate or not accurate, as there's no set-in-stone scale for how smart each IQ is. You could be twice as smart as me and get half my IQ though, it really depends at what you are good at.
