Creative ideas for games

Give me ideas for a creative game.  It should be original, not ramke, OS, or platformer (unless it has a twist.  Examples:  Scrolling games, Platformers with a twist, etc..

Maybe a scrolling game with elements of both Knuckles' Chaotix and Bonk's Adventure, I dunno.  hmm
Edit: Oh yeah, also add parallax coding.
