'Say' Blocks Deleted When Downloaded projects.

When I download some projects,I see the say blocks gone,when there are pepole saying things.For example,it should have said this:

say [Welcome everyone!] for (2) secs
Instead,it says this:
hide
I made sure I was not using Scratch 1.3. I am using 1.4. HELP!!!

I think you dowloaded a really old project. Say blocks where in Scratch 1.1 or 1.2. I believe.
