Reupload it. The preview is the picture you have on screen when you upload.

Here is an idea.

Draw a 480x360 sprite (full screen) with what you want to preview to be. Make sure its costume center is at its center, and put this script:

when gf clicked
go to x: (0) y: (0)
set [ghost v] effect to (100)
