why

When someone posts a topic in RaP and it gets closed, the ST says it doesn't fit the forum guidelines. But when they repost it again with a source for the topic, it is allowed to stay open. Why is this?  hmm

Re: why

Either nobody is bothering to report it or the new topic has a clearer point of discussion.

Because of the source. The source proves that it's something that they're reading or playing, and therefore it allows to be put in that category without being closed.
