A "hard to see" weapon means nothing. Mobs/players still attack you. Also, half of these items are really OP, the sugar water is way way way too powerful.

Yeah, most of these items aren't really thought out.
2x9=18, but you're making it so using 9 apples in a recipe heals 10.
