Music for Coding

I'm getting into coding and want some good background music, preferably instrumental. Do you have any recommendations? (I have Spotify, so it's no problem if I don't have a specific song or album.)

Re: Music for Coding

When I need to code really quickly, I listen to stuff like the second movement of Beethoven's 9th Symphony, Death Waltz, Night of Nights, etc.

Otherwise, I just listen to various classical stuff.

Re: Music for Coding

This seems pretty obvious... Especially if you code in Batch.

edit: also, wear a leather jacket and sunglasses

Re: Music for Coding

The Ocean Loader music from the Commodore 64 is some of my favorite music for doing just about anything. There's nothing like some MOS 6581 (SID chip) to make you feel awesome.  smile
