Can anybody please help me with the scoring system? Here is my scratch project? Sometimes the score is incremented by 2 dont know why this is happening

Try changing your

broadcast [round new v]

to

broadcast [round new v] and wait

This will broadcast it and wait until it's finished starting a new round, therefore the sprite can't detect twice.
What was happening was the sprite was touching sprite7, then before it had finished making a new round, detecting it again.
