Hey, I've got my first ideas:
K- Kids to Adults-All ages can watch
T- Teen-People 13 or older can watch.
R-Restricted: People under 17 need to watch with permission.
A-Adults Only- Adults can see this stuff without their kids seeing.

This has been suggested before, and it's always been turned down.
Scratch is a community that is friendly to all ages. There should never be any cursing, inappropriate images or sounds, or any projects with too much violence. Seeing as these are the rules for the site, having a rating system would be kind of pointless, because all of the projects are either G, PG, or PG-13 at the very most.
I don't mean it's a bad idea, I just mean that Scratch doesn't need a rating system.

Hmm, well I am rating my projects, the first one I rated was Randomness FTW (Fixed) and I rated it TV PG V for parts like a guy with a knife.

You could include that yourself, telling people that it is rated blah blah blah before the start of the project?
