Shift + click on "File" in the Scratch program and then click on "Write Project Summary" or "Write Multiple Project Summaries."
I tried this and it works.
Although, it does not give a source code. It gives a summary of all the scripts you have added into a Scratch project.
Unless you tear open the entire Scratch program by hacking it and extract the source code, there is no real way to do that.
Either hack or deal with the project summary. Either way.
