Best:
Spongebob seasons (1-4): Who dosent like the small, cute sponge fry cook? Sure recent episodes lack in quality, but the older ones are very funny, and enjoyable.
Adventure Time seasons (1-3): I don't like the newer ones, but the old ones had a fun and funny fell to the show. Not to mention, the animation is great.
Regular Show: Just freaking awesome. I just really enjoy it, and I don't know why.
MLP: Funny, and good characters.
Shugo Chara: I don't really like anime (Yeah, I know. What?) but I love it for great humor, and a great concept. It's. Just. Too. Freaking.Awesome.
HiHi Puffy AmiYumi: My middle school boy guilty pleasure. It's just awesome. And, that theme song WILL get stuck in your head for a LONG time.
Gumball: It's hit and miss. When it's great though, it's GREAT.
Gravity Falls: Early Spongebob episode-type humor and mystery makes this show so awesome.
Charlie Brown specials- Just awesome. Thanksgiving has to be my favorite.
Sailor Moon- Boys can enjoy this too, right? It's classic and a outstanding show.
Worst:
Every adult cartoon (mainly Family Guy)- Lame cheap laughs, may I say more?
Fanboy and Chum Chum- Quite self explanatory.
Everything on CN- Except what I mentioned.
Rugrats- Most overrated series ever. I didnt even like it when I was little. It's just potty humor and immature plots.

theres a lot of good cn shows you didnt mention (dexters lab, fosters home for imaginary friends, etc) and seasons 1-4 of the simpsons were pretty awesome

Gravity Falls: AWESOME. Need I say more?
Spongebob: Those season 1 2 and 3 episodes were hilarious and quite quotable.
Certain Phineas and Ferbs:The singing is getting old, but some are still good.
Early Fairly Oddparents: They were hilarious!
Worst:
More Recent Seasons Of Pokemon: Really Ash? REALLY?
Beyblade: They fight with tops. TOPS.
(I think this is what it's called)Secret Mountain Fort Awesome: WATTTTTT?????
Fish Hooks: They're getting better but they're still just like Spongebob.

Best
Spongebob Squarepants (1-5) - Amazing show, for the first four or five seasons.

Home Movies - Extremely underrated cartoon. Though it is for more mature audiences.

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends - Possibly the greatest cartoon ever conceived. Creative concept, imaginative characters, etc.

The Powerpuff Girls - C'mon, boys can enjoy this show too, can't they? tongue

My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic - Has this weird charm that keeps me hooked on to it.

The Ren and Stimpy Show - Sick, vile, twisted, demented, quirky, wacky, and overall hilarious. It shows the true essence of what cartoons really are--entertainment designed to degenerate our interest in reality. The granddaddy of Spongebob--in fact, it's miles better. Highly recommend it.

CatDog - Really goofy but overall funny.

Rocko's Modern Life - Third best Nicktoon, IMO.

Rugrats - the epitome of awesomeness. This show opened up our imaginations and introduced us to a plethora of memorable characters that live on in an eternal legacy today.

Worst

Spongebob Squarepants (6-8) - Gets worse and worse.

Family Guy - the most OVERRATED cartoon in existence.

Adventure Time - I'm sorry, I just can't stand this show. It's absolutely awful, IMO. Sue me.

Fanboy and Chum Chum - just...someone needs to strangle this cartoon's creators.

There's a lot more bad cartoons out there, I just can't think of more off the top of my head. But, my favorite cartoon of all time has to be Ren and Stimpy. A lot of the cartoons on my "Best" list are Nicktoons from the good ol' 90s.

Even though I never grew up in the 90s (since I was born in 1999), I've grown up to show an appreciation for older content, whether it's movies, video games, TV shows, or technology.

-The Simpsons because I've been watching it for years
-Phineas and Ferb, again for its intelligent humor that for once differs from other Disney cliches
-Foster's home for imaginary friends, I used to LOVE this show when it was still airing.
Worst:
-Fanboy and Chum-Chum for obvious reasons
-The old spiderman cartoons
