MEMBERSHIP EXPLAINED: (you can have more than 1 postion)

1) Programer: This person can add/change code or sprites. this person can NOT edit any   graphic. when creating a sprite, leave it basic to attain functionality, then let a graphic edit it. If a programer sees a * by his name, he is a senior.

2) Graphic: This person can add/change any sound or graphic. s/he CANNOT edit any line of code. a * by that person means Seniority.

3) Beta-tester: this person CANNOT CHANGE ANYTHING. he/she must play/test the game etc. then do a full report, stating all bugs, improvements and also what they recomend to take out.

4) A-A-A: acess all areas, speaks for itself, but an A-A-A can deligate what a peron's job is, so if they say Graphic guys, edit this, then the graphic guys MUST edit.
