Only partly. There are currently no viruses in existence that can get into my Mac.
That's a pretty bold thing to say unless you've manually found every single virus in the world and attempted to download them
I'm that kinda guy.

Nah, just kidding. As long as it isn't a Windows PC, and the virus is a PC virus, no harm will come from itAlso, did I say anywhere that the virus is only for Windows?
It's possible it's a Java program or something.
Noo but macs are so protected its impossible for them to get a virus!11!!one!1

Same as Macs. No viruses exist currently. They're not immune from new ones though.

None of them currently pose a threat.

Actually, viruses do exist. They are out there just not very common. I got one, but I forgot the name.

@jji don't come to us when your computer breaks.

I'm pretty sure I could easily write a Java program that uploads your files to a server, it'll run on Mac and in the end it'll do what a virus does, you just need to run it.

Thank chicken I don't have any friends who would send me a message like "lol this is your new profile pic?", the fact that I don't click suspicious links, and the fact that I hardly ever update my profile pic.

One way I know for certain I will not get this virus: I don't have Skype.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SKYPE IS/DOES!

saying that no viruses whatsoever exist for mac is a hefty claim, and as long as you have a good antivirus windows is as safe as anything else

You'd be surprised. I got viruses on Windows 3 times in less than 2 years, all the while I had the latest greatest antivirus with realtime protection, internet protection everything.
And btw, it was a paid software, cost a fortune, not some cheap antivirus scanner.

Yeah but you probably had 'Mac' habits where you didn't check anything and just downloaded stuff from everywhere.
