Two things:
1). Go to your projects page and you should see on the right side of the screen a box with some info. about you. From there, just click "change profile picture" and it should be self-explanatory from there.
2). I don't think you can use your wii to set your profile picture.

On your profile page, beside the profile image, there should be a 'change picture' option. Select that. Choose the photo that you want to use. And I don't think you can upload a picture directly from the WII, but you can save the picture from the WII onto an SD card and put it into your computer.
