Ideas on - improving a game
Description - I made a RPG called Swords and Sorcery. Pretty much, I made a 1 player simple DnD game. I feel like I need one more idea to make it a good game.
Anything Else - I already have potions, a dojo, a shop with weapons and armor, and regeneration.

Ideas on a new game
I would really like to make a sort of strategy/defence game, but i'm having trouble thinking of good themes. Whenever I start on something, i just get another idea and work on that instead. I really need a good theme and story.
Also, not futuristic, and not like modern combat. maybe medieval or magic...
I'm about to go to a movie with, and I'm going straight to bed after that, so I'll fill your orders out tomorrow. I hope that this isn't too big of a wait.

No, that's fine! I don't have Scratch on the computer I'm using now, so I won't even have a chance to implement the ideas until today. Thanks for helping!

I would like to, but for the past two months, I've never been able to make a decision on whether or not to let people help. Maybe I'll let you (and the others who asked), though defenitly not today.

Okay, here are some ideas:
1). Quests. You could add these in as special side assignments that get you nice treets if done.
2). Maybe, instead of just having monsters to attack you, you could add in the occasional trap and poison to make things more interesting.
3). There could be this special weapon that, before you can use it, you need to collect 5 pieces of it. And the same could go with a special piece of armor.
4). Enchantments. These could raise the strength of a piece of armor, or make a sword sharper.
5). You could add in the ability to costumize your character and your house a bit. It doesn't have to be a lot, though this would be nice.
6). Keys & doors. Keys can be bought through the shop or through battling monsters, and they can then be used to open doors that lead to hidden rooms or brand-new areas.
I hope that you liked my ideas!

I really wish I had more time, and today was packed, but I was able to think of one idea and start on another. The problem is that I just realised that the idea I had thought of as mainly puzzle with a touch of strategy and defense with no magic/mideval involved. Would you still like to see it?

Wow, it might of taken me weeks to think of all of that, thank you very much, if you want credit please reply - I will not mind at all. Better yet, I could name the clothes-shop-keeper after you. Who is helping you with this, because that is a great imagination you have there? Oh, and uhm, sorry for torturing you with this extended post.

Oh no, this isn't torture, this is nice feedback, so if it was "torture", I'd like more of it. And to your question, no one is or has helped me with this shop. I just happen to know a few tricks that really speed up the idea process quite a bit, and I have some time to just sit and think. That or this is just a specialty of mine.
Also, naming the Clothes Shop Keeper after me is fine. :)
And, once you do finish this, could you give a link? I'm interested in seeing what this'll be like.
Now, one last thing; good luck on your project, and Merry Christmas! (Or kuwanzaa, hanukkah, ect...)

Two questions before I fill your order:
1). Could you give me a sample equation or project containing an equation?
2). What's the highest math that could be involved? Ex. Algebra I, Calculus AB, ect...below trig
anything like http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Firedrake969/2947454
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Firedrake969/2910693Ah, okay. If you hadn't said that, I was going to give you these large-ish, calculus equations that I had created a few weeks ago. Now here are some ideas that you could use:
1). Something nice would be a program that every time it's run, creates a different piece of art with different styles/patterns.
2). A program that simulates weather. You should be able to look at the weather in a certain area, or zoom into a specific storm and watch it unfurl. And to make this more realistic, you could add wind currents.
3). A program that simulates heat transfer through convection and conduction, as well as possibly through radiation.
4). An art program using 256 colors and whenever you want, the program would read your image and give you it's equivalent in binary. Depending on how you make this, it can be hard or slightly hard to create.
5). A program that simulates a randomly generated waterfall.
6). A recreation of your Binary Pattern Maker, except now you use base 10 numbers and the colors white, yellow, orange, red, green, blue, purPle, browN, black, and grey.
I hope that you like my ideas!
Nice!

When I publish the game, all the people I am giving credit to will be notified directly after it is successfully been checked by myself for glitches and things of that nature, also those tricks you have are very effective, you should consider giving classes. Merry Christmas. Continue to be a great scratcher and remain as friendly and as modest as you are so from my side here is a gift, a super HOMER SIMPSON SMILEY~(8^(|)-+.

This has been delayed a bit too long, so I'll finish it now:
1). It's a great time of year; people are happy, joyous, and warm. Friends are laughing in this tiny village, and neighbors are having great times together, though this isn't to last. Over the distant hills a group of children thief have appeared and are marching towards your city. You would of all evacuated, except now the children theif appear on every hill around your village. So now, you must defend your home against these intruders and save the children.
And just to say, something nice that you could add is a character that you could take control of and use to help the defense. And some customizability would be good. :)
2). Magician's Stand. In this Tower Defense, you (the magicians) and the peasants (or non-magic users) have always been at peace, but lately, something's disturbed the sea and the peasants are rioting against magic and your entire kind. Later, out of the blue, they launch a large-scale attack on the Magician's headquarters. So now, you must cast spells, create enchantments, summon beasts, and survive the events to come.
3). This is merely a spin off of the second idea, but instead of having it like a tower defense, you could build it like a war game in which you command troops and buildings while trying to survive the enemies coming at you.
I hope that you like my ideas!

Finally, I can get cracking on your order! So here are some ideas:
1). A project that detects how many times you've clicked the red circle and the green flag. Or, you could make a project that tells you if you clicked the green flag, the red circle, or neither last.
2). A simple calculator, except you're not allowed to use custom variables or lists.
3). A drawing program kind of like GloPaint v1.0, though pen blocks are not allowed.
I hope that you like my ideas! Also, welcome to the scratch forums!
