Bug in catching foul language.
Unfortunatly, some people have found ways to curse on their projects.
This persons account seems to be hacked:

It has some curse like language on it.

Well, I didn't see anything bad at first glance. And the person has been inactive for years.
If you see something bad on the Scratch website, it's better to flag/report instead of using the forums to point it out. We want to avoid unnecessary attention being drawn to something bad if at all possible.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
